Channel Property Management Ltd. was founded in 1993 by a group of Professional Civil Engineers and Chartered Accountants. After reviewing current method of Property Management business we found that we could do better being professional engineers and financial graduates.

Our Team
Manzoor Moorshed Khan
B-Tech. (Hons.), M-Tech (IIT)
President & CEO
Manzoor is the founder, President & CEO of Channel Property Management Ltd. He has been involved in the management of Condominiums and rental buildings on a full-time basis for the last 15 years. Manzoor obtained his Masters Degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and worked as the project manager to build King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Manzoor has a strong working knowledge in Condominium Management, especially in Reserve Funds and Budgeting. Manzoor is providing technical, operational, financial and administrative services to many boards of directors. He has been providing continuous cost effective information to the boards of directors in purchasing natural gas, hydro consumption and water saving systems.

With his vision and dedication, many boards of directors rely on Channel to ease their worries about their investments. He is absolutely committed to fulfilling the owners’ needs with the highest level of professionalism and cost effective management.

Manzoor is directly involved with the south-Asian community and Fund Raising for Sick Children’s Hospital.

Paul Endres
B.A., (Hons.), M.A., C.G.A., R.C.M.
Vice President of Operations
Paul has been with Channel for 2 years as the Vice President of Operations. He brings a wealth of experience gained in the condominium industry for the last 16 years. He has worked with newly constructed buildings from their opening day, to older buildings which have been established as the first condos in Ontario. More recently, Paul was involved in the first full scale appointed court Administrator of a large condominium built in the early 1970s. This was a major challenge as the building was poorly maintained and under financed.

With Channel, Paul is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Condominium Division. With his experience in the physical management and the administration management of condominiums, he is able to oversee the property managers, site administrators, and office support staffs to ensure maximum utilization of everyone’s expertise and resources.

Paul has taken Channel to a new level of effective management by operating within Channel’s philosophy that Channel “will provide the best management possible.”

Kamal Sharma
B.Comm., CPA, CA(India)
Financial Controller
Kamal has obtained his CA designation from India. He has worked with multinational companies and has extensive experience in corporate finance, management accounts, income tax and auditing. Kamal has worked in the manufacturing, trading and service sectors as well.

At Channel, Kamal is the Financial Controller and is responsible for preparing the budgets, documents for the auditors, staff payrolls and human resources. He has contributed to the growth of Channel and has shown excellent managerial skills and leadership to the Channel team.

Ranjan Bhasin
B.Com., CA (India)
Vice-President Accounting
Ranjan is the Vice President Accounting for Channel. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and has more than 12 years experience in Accounting, Finance and Taxation. He has worked in a big financial institution as Vice President of Operations and was in charge of the Northern Region for that Institution. He has contributed greatly to the company by providing dedicated services and guidance to his team for the growth and achievement of Channel.

At Channel he is responsible for the overall Accounting system and management of Channel’s financial portfolio. He is also responsible for the preparation of financial statements and preparing documents for Audit purposes.

Pawan Gupta
B.Tech (Hons), M-Tech (Ind), RCM
Regional Manager
Pawan has worked as a Professor of Engineering for 18 years in India.  Recently he has achieved his RCM designation from ACMO.
He is enthusiastic and very dedicated to the Condominium industry. He has meticulous knowledge of the Condominium Act and physical structures of the Condominium buildings.

He has an excellent perception of the financial matters of the condominium corporation. As an engineering graduate, he is well versed with the latest building technologies and is able to organize the contractual activities. He is proficient in keeping good relations with the Board members and residents.  He is always confident in meeting the budget and maintaining unnecessary expenses.

His motto is “Winners don’t do different things, but do it differently.”
He is also very active in the South Asian communities, and dedicates most of his free to help elders and new immigrants.
