Grammar can be so important

When the manager, or the board, provide Status Certificates or draft new rules, by-laws and policies, correct English spelling and grammar is extremely important.

These are legal documents and they may be used as evidence in court or in labour or human rights tribunals.

The corporation's lawyer will review by-laws before they are registered but the board should have (someone, if not the lawyer), edit changes to the by-laws and policies.

Always check
Always review flyers, documents and notices before  distributing them. Check spelling, puniciation and if you are not sure, check the dictionary.

Also check that the day of the week and the date match.
