Reforming condominium governance


This chapter talks about the ongoing difficulties in making meaningful changes to the Ontario Condominium Act 1998, changes to the City of Toronto's official plan and some independent ideas to return older condos to past prosperity—or at least prevent them from becoming privately-owned slums—and improve the governance of newer ones.
