Here are two different reports of illegal activities by a condominium
property manager in Scarborough.
Property manager charged with sex assault

TORONTO - A veteran property manager who advertised for an office job
is now charged with sexually assaulting a woman who applied for the job
on two separate occasions, Toronto Police said Tuesday.
Det. Dawn Eagleson said the employment ad was posted on a web
classified section earlier this month.
The woman was sexually assaulted at his office in northeast Scarborough
following the job interview.
Eagleson said the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted a second time
on a separate occasion.
"The essence of what happened, it was understandable" that police
weren't contacted the first time, she said without elaborating.
But after investigating this incident, Eagleson suspects "it's possible
he's been at this for a little while — but I don't know for sure.
"I would just like people to come forward" if they had a similar
experience,
she said.
Kandiah Sivaneswaran, 57, is charged with two charges of sexual assault.

On Tuesday, July 17, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with an
embezzlement investigation in Toronto.
It is alleged that:
- between December 2008 and November 2010, the accused, who owned and
operated Gold List Property Services Ltd, acted as property manager for
a condominium corporation in Scarborough
- as a course of his employment, the accused was granted access to the
condominium corporation’s bank account to pay legitimate expenses on
their behalf
- the accused abused this authority and, over the stated period of
time, fraudulently transferred in excess in $107,000 to his own
accounts.
Kandiah Sivaneswaran, 58, of Toronto, has been charged with one count
of fraud over $5,000.
Police believe there may be more victims.
