How many condos are there?

I don't think that anyone knows exactly how many condos, or the number of residential units, there are in Ontario as there is no central registry. A registrar was proposed by the Kealey Commission in 1997 but it was not put in place.

However, the numbers that are available show that the number of condos in Ontario is growing at a huge rate, especially in the Greater Toronto Area.
