According to the arrest report, the teen told police, Kendrick, who works as a security guard walked by the pool and Crockett mentioned that he had a beef with him when both were in jail a few years ago. She said, Crockett told her that Kendrick had shot at him, in the past.

A few moments later, gunfire erupted at the pool, Crockett was hit several times. The teen dove for cover but was also hit, in her wrist and a finger.

Witnesses told police what direction the shooter ran and that he was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a green mask.

When police interviewed security officer Kendrick, he said he didn't see the man even though he was supposedly in the same area, the report said.
