Management company threatening
an owner

This is a letter sent by the owner of a condominium property management company to a woman who complained that the contractor—that his company hired—was doing poor quality work on her townhouse.

So the owner of the management company claims that a complaint about poor quality work that was not completed is "threatening, intimidating or making him feel unsafe at my place of work".

The woman is a recent immigrant who knew no English when she came to Canada and is working hard to successfully adopt to her new country and instead of making reasonable allowances in our multi-cultural society in the GTA, he instructs her to "professionally draft your correspondence" or he is going to sic his lawyer on her.
