The Massachusetts man accused of killing two doctors in their Boston
apartment once held a security job at the couple's condominium.
Bampumim Teixeira, 30, was hired by Palladion Services LLC in October
2015. He worked at the condo for about three weeks over a year ago and
stopped working for the security company in April 2016.
When Palladion Services LLC did background checks on Teixeira at the time he was hired he came back clear.

The alleged gunman had previously served prison time after robbing a
Boston bank in June 2016, according to records viewed by the Boston
Herald. He reportedly finished his sentence around April 14.
Suspect in doctors' condo killing recently released from jail
Teixeira was charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of Dr.
Richard Field, 49, and fiancée Dr. Lina Bolanos, 38. A cause of death
for the doctors was not released, but WBZTV reports their throats were
slit.
Police were called to the apartment after they were notified that a
friend of Field's had received a text begging for help. The doctors
were found tied up and dead at the scene.

Officials said the suspect opened fire on police before he was shot three times.
Teixeira was arraigned at the hospital Monday and is expected to
recover from the gunshot wounds. His attorney entered not guilty pleas
on Teixeira's behalf.
Field's family released a statement, calling the murders "a tragedy beyond measure."
"However, we want to remember Richard and Lina for who they were, not
how they died," the statement said. "We will remember and celebrate
their passion, gentility, and extraordinary kindness forever."
