The buildings are almost complete. The brick veneer needs to be adhered on top of the concrete walls.

Once the building was completed a large supermarket became the anchor tenant in a large shopping centre. There is a KFC outlet in this building, the third one in this area of Changchun.


Here is the completed project. There is a huge two-story shopping mall on the ground and second stories with condominium residential units on top.



In time the old three-story red brick buildings on the right, will make way to a new highrise developments.
