Locker broke into, hasp not repaired

I came home recently and as I entered the P1 parking level, I noticed that the gate to the bicycle storage cage was left wide open and the open lock was hanging on the hasp.

As I closed and locked the gate I saw that that the hasp on the gate and on the cage frame had been cut.

There was a bike theft last month from the P2 bike locker but that locker was not broken into. It that case, either the thief had a key or the gate was left unlocked.

Recently, a resident had a parcel stolen from the parking level lobby.

One morning in June, I found a vagrant sleeping in our vestibule.

Theft happens and we have to accept that. Vagrants will try to slip into condo buildings; I understand that too.

However, what is unsettling is that the manager and the board have not informed the residents of any of these incidents and that we should take precautions.
