Kealey Report unearthed

The Report of the Ontario Residential Condominium Study Group—known as the Kealey Report—was published in 1977 and copies were available from the Ontario Government Book Store for $2.50.

This 126 page report heavily influenced the writing of Ontario's new Condominium Act of 1978 and appears to be the origin of "Condo Office" and the condo dispute procedures being, once again, proposed in the next changes to the Condo Act that are expected to be introduced sometime in early 2015.

Yet, since 1978, this report appears to have been as lost to modern man as the ancient methods for making Damascus steel.

A copy of the Kealey Report has been recently dug out of the dark corners of a university's library and is available here. I broke the report into nine pdf files so it would be easier and faster to download the files onto your computer.
